Breakdown Response

Our fleet of HMF employed engineers are able to provide a swift on-site or roadside response to any breakdown situation. Our vans carry a wide range of parts and are able to resolve most breakdowns FIRST TIME.


Genuine Spare Parts

We stock every conceivable part either here in the UK or in our main warehouse in Denmark. Deliveries from either location will be made the next working day. From our Peterborough depot we can fulfil timed and same day deliveries.
By using only genuine HMF parts you will prolong the life of your crane and be covered by HMF's warranty.


Telephone Assistance

In many cases we will be able to solve problems over the phone. Our technical personnel have a combined 35 years experience in loader crane service.


Maintenance Contracts

The best way to avoid costly unplanned breakdowns is to undergo a regular planned maintenance program. Our technicians will replace worn parts and identify components that need to be changed.


Thorough Examination / Overload Tests

It is considered best practise to carry out an annual inspection load test in accordance with industry guidelines. Our technicians are able to carry out this test and issue appropriate certification.


Training

It is essential that operators are trained in accordance with industry best practice. Our trainers can provide two day operator courses leading to full ALLMI accreditation either on site or at our Peterborough office.

We can also provide RCL Safety training courses and basic maintenance training.
